This application helps you kickstart your running adventure. How? It's very easy!

Just press the start button, and your Apple Watch will guide you through your workout. You'll see which interval you should be doing, and you'll be notified by a gentle vibration when it's time to switch intervals. Training has never been simpler.

Plus, you can easily configure your intervals to match your personal training preferences. Whether you want longer runs or shorter recovery periods, the app lets you customize your workout to fit your needs.

For start you can use 30s run and 90s walk intervals. 
In next level is 60s run and 60s walk intervals.
The last level is 90s run and 30s walk intervals.

Training time, burned calories and distance will register on your iOS health app.

The training lasts 20 minutes, but you can end it at any time by pressing the stop button.
