Ratings and Reviews
Wrong pick up location all the time
It’s impossible sometimes to know the exact address or the app can’t find it from your current location (or misses the side of the boulevard), so please either add a possibility to
- Adjust you pickup pin on the map OR
- Call the driver to tell them the exact pick up location
Otherwise I’m pretty happy with the availability in the area Karposh/Center/Aerodrom, and so far the drivers have been polite and cars have been clean and cigarette-smell free.
Wait time and area coverage
Living in Gjorce Petrov is a nightmare when it comes to wanting to drive with this company. There is never coverage in this area and even if you sometimes, somehow get a car, you wait 15 minutes minimum.
Longest wait time
- 9/10 times Waiting 10 minutes for a message to recieve ‘no cars available atm’ -completely unprofessional !!
- They never have available cars even if on the app it shows that there is available cars nearby
- rude drivers
- Way too expensive
- The app doesn’t work at all-complete scam
Only good thing is that you can pay with card but that doesn’t cut all the trouble you need to go through to get to a cab
