تهدف المبادرة لزيادة الرقعة الخضراء في المملكة العربية السعودية لخفض معدلات التصحر من خلال زراعة الشتلات والأشجار.
يمكن للأفراد والقطاعات الحكومية والخاصة المشاركة في المبادرة ويتم توثيق كل شتلة أو شجرة باسم المُبادر الذي شارك بزارعتها.
يمكن الوصول إلى الشتلات التي تمت زراعتها في أو وقت من خلال التطبيق موثقّة باسم المُبادر كما تُقدم شهادة شكر لكل فرد قام بزراعة شتلة او أكثر من الجمعية.
