《議起上奏APP》是由夢想盒子@教育桌遊研究團隊所開發設計，目的是擴展「議起上奏」教育桌遊的功能與應用。
「議起上奏」是一款結合108素養導向模組與議論文的教育桌遊，玩家扮演古代書生，藉由組織卡牌，促進閱讀思辨和謀篇佈局。而「議起悅讀」使用AR技術，推薦玩家更多相關主題書籍，讓學習不止於桌遊卡牌內容，更能擴展更多閱讀與學習機會。
《議起上奏app》為「議起上奏」桌遊的擴充應用程式，沒有包含實體桌遊的體驗，如果對學習議論文的桌遊有興趣，
