Our trainers can advise on a personal fitness programme perfectly suited to you which won't take over your life, it'll just enhance it, helping you to look great, boost your energy levels, feel fantastic and beat those winter blues.
The Fitness Factory is fully equipped with a vast range of cardiovascular equipment (running machines, exercise bikes, cross trainers etc.) to improve your fitness levels and burn body fat. An extensive range of free weights and strength machinery to acquire toning or to shape and build your physique.
We have a dedicated floor area for exercises and warm ups and to help you relax, why not unwind and let the warmth of a sauna melt away your stresses and strains, or top up your tan in the sun bed room. We also supply a wide range of sports supplements.
We have Wet & Dry changing areas including showers, complimentary gym towels are available, spacious lockers and a refreshment area where free coffee is provided.
