The WaterIQ app streamlines the way unsupplemented water meter readings are captured to provide information on water usage and availability. This app is currently available for invited trial users.
WaterIQ app lets water users:
View water meters
• View meter details
• Add custom meter name
• View readings and usage
• Report faulty meter
Submit meter reads
• Scan and submit meter reads
• Provide optional offline and manual meter reads
• Save meter photos
View water authorisations
View message notifications
• Receive departmental messages about meter reads

• Report incorrect contact details
Future releases of the WaterIQ app are expected to provide more functions to support business management and compliance.
