Every movement is fronted by yoga teacher, Amanda Bisk, so, yogis, whether you’re unrolling the mat for the first time or leading others in their asanas, there’s a video for you. She demonstrates the move, with a calm voiceover explaining what she’s doing, as she does it. Download videos to store them for later.

From month-long programs to 10-day challenges, there’s something for everyone.

If vinyasa isn’t your vibe, Bisk has also created a sequence 30-minute strength workouts, arranged into a four-week program. Don’t let the name “bodyweight burn” put you off – like with her yoga videos, Bisk is on hand to guide you through every move, like your very own Miss Motivator. And they’re still low-key enough to do in your bedroom in a pair of trainers.
