香港復康會建立社會企業「營康薈」，目的是發揮殘疾人士及長期病患者的能力，為市民提供優質服務。同時為他們提供就業培訓，令他們可以重回就業市場，自力更生。「營康薈」（LiveSmart）成立至今已超過25年了，一直秉承「為殘疾人士及長期病患者開拓就業及職涯發展機會、倡議共融社會」的原則，並已成功培訓及聘用多過600位殘疾人士及長期病患者。
