Description
孕產期健康的評估包括兩個部分：實時日評估和月評估。在產前三個月和產後三個月（一共6個月）期間，每個月會有連續5天需要完成每天三次的日評估（早、中、晚），每次大約1-2分鐘；在5天日評估之後會有一次月評估，大約需時30-40分鐘。所有評估都是透過手機應用程式完成。
