1、发布动态规则，只有活动的创建人才能发布动态。
2、每个身份证号码仅能注册一次，注册时请仔细填写。
3、注册新用户时所用的身份证号码亦可当做用户名使用。
注意:后台长时间使用GPS会大大减少电池的使用时间。
