just doesnt work????

idk whats the problem but it just dont work it pushes u to download the app once u download it it just asks ur email and password and i did my password CORRECT it justttt wont let me in if i click forgot password and type my email and get an email it say the fricking email never get sent to me???? i just wannaa see what my friend said to me i aint fair fix the issues pls
