LLB PhotoTAN 4+

LLB PhotoTAN is an innovative, effective method of protecting data for your login and to approve payments in your LLB Online Banking. The LLB PhotoTAN app must be activated before you use it the first time. For this activation you need a personal activation letter, which you receive from the bank.

Using the PhotoTAN method, the login and order data of the LLB Online Banking are encrypted in a colored mosaic. This mosaic must be photographed with your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). The data contained in the mosaic and the corresponding release code will be decrypted and displayed by the LLB PhotoTAN app on your mobile device. The activation ensures that the mosaic can only be decrypted by your mobile device.

Your mobile device does not need an Internet connection to use the PhotoTAN app.

PhotoTAN app may be used only on original devices. If a User uses modified devices, the Bank accepts no liability for any resulting loss or damage. Technical modifications to the original device are understood to include the removal of usage restrictions or the modification of firmware or operating systems (e.g. jailbreaking).
