Description
Quit2Heal is a quit smoking app available to individuals who are a part of the Quit2Heal research study. The app provides tips on staying motivated to quit, coping with withdrawal and cravings, and preventing relapse.
Researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center are doing a study to learn if the Quit2Heal app helps people quit smoking.
You will be able to download and use the app after completing the consent form. If you have not done so already, go to Quit2Heal.org for more information, see if you are eligible, and complete the consent process.
