Tell Touch is the only digital Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Feedback/Complaints system for aged care. It enables all levels of an organisation access to live data 24/7.
We’re Aged Care nurses with over 20 years of experience across over 100 homes. Wanting to give consumers a voice, dismayed by the time taken to deal with consumer issues, and concerned with the lack of transparency for executive management, we’ve come up with Tell Touch. Tell Touch combines the latest technology with in-depth knowledge of what’s really needed in Aged Care.

- Added Voiceover mode for kiosks.
- Added detection if volume is down low when playing audio in voiceover mode - suggest you increase the volume.
- Fix for voiceover was not working selecting Chinese in the language tabs.
- Fix for rare situation where a previously formatted kiosk hangs on the first screen if the remote configuration call times out.
- Added the ability to test kiosk pings and remote configuration.
- Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
