The Swallows Head and Neck Cancer Charity have invested in a unique mobile app that will enable cancer patients to track their journey and symptoms of their illness. Vital information will be shared with your own invited caregiver to help track your status. Not only that, your account will be linked to your local health facility where medical staff can also monitor your vital statistics and take action should it be needed. The Swallows Head and Neck Cancer app is innovative and unique allowing your support network to know exactly how you are feeling and when throughout your cancer journey.
