掌上中山一院是一款为广州中山大学附属第一医院定制开发的手机客户端，一款在医院现有门诊服务基础上简化预约就诊流程，缩短患者排队等候时间，加快患者就诊速度，优化患者就诊体验的软件。 目前移动端主要服务包括：
【消息提醒】：提供门诊就诊全流程消息提醒，包括：院内挂号、医生加号、门诊报到、就诊排队、医生开单、检查预约登记、检查报到、检查/检验报告完成、药房配药、药房取药等
【移动报到】：提供门诊的移动端报到，包括：移动APP、微信公众号、支付宝服务窗
【门诊排队】：患者可在移动端查询门诊实时排队情况
【移动缴费】：门诊开单，患者可在移动端按处方单独缴费或合并缴费
【检查排队】：患者可在移动端查询检查科室实时排队情况
【医院信息】：患者可在移动端全面了解：医院简介、医保介绍、专家介绍、出诊信息等
【智能导诊】：移动端根据处方智能生成就诊流程安排，为患者就诊提供指引
【就诊记录】：患者可在移动端查阅所有历史就诊记录，如：药品处方、检查、检验、治疗等
