Just tap to flip the card. Once you answer the question correctly, flick the card off the screen by swiping up.

"Time Per Card" allows you to set a time limit for each card. If you don't answer the card correctly within the selected time, it is marked as incorrect and proceeds to the next card. This feature can be enabled in the Settings Menu.
