Poor app design and not user friendly
The design is really be poor. Worser than design by a primary school student, all functions are useless and not functioned. Hire someone that more professional, make the app be more user friendly and functional.
Totally meaningless when bookings are never available
What’s the point to get us an app when bookings are forever full?! Totally useless and meaningless. Why are we forced to rate at least one star? This company is a total flop. I need to rate it no star.

My pre-booking record is not shown in the history order but it doesn’t allow me to make a new booking.
