The Bach Museum is housed in a building once occupied by friends of the Bach family opposite St Thomas’s Church in Leipzig. The life and work of the great Baroque composer is celebrated in a permanent multimedia exhibition which is both inclusive and interactive.

The app provides an audio-visual tour of the entire Leipzig Bach Museum. It reveals much about Bach’s everyday life, his family, and the stages of his career. It presents compositions and musical instruments, includes samples of Bach’s music, and also explains the forensic activities of researchers exploring the life and times of Bach.
The app provides a listening experience with a total length of two hours, including 50 minutes of music.
