EMS Trainer in your pocket
Experience the freedom of wireless EMS-driven workouts with the Connect app. Use your iPhone or Apple Watch to control your training by selecting the most suitable program that fits your exercise and mood. The app was designed by E-Fit as part of the Connect package that includes the Connect device, the Connect suit, underclothing, and carry case.
The app's main features:
-default programs with pre-set values
-adjustment of the main channel's intensity
-adjustment of the intensity of each channel separately
-ability to pause and start the program anytime
-possibility to add new programs with the support of your dedicated trainer
E-Fit Connect works with Apple Health to record heart-rate data druing workouts.
