The app is not working

It keeps showing blank page!!!

Thank you for your message, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration. We understand how disappointing it is to open the app and only see a blank page.

Since you’re on iPhone, please try the following steps:

Make sure Eatr is updated to the latest version from the App Store.

Restart your iPhone and reopen the app.

If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app to clear any corrupted data.

In the app, go to Profile > Restore Purchases to refresh your subscription, if applicable.

If the problem persists after these steps, please reply with your iPhone model, iOS version, and (if possible) a screenshot of the blank page. This will help our technical team investigate and provide a fix quickly.
