Great potential but with issues

Edit: So other than the random crashes, I'm experiencing sound problems too, the sound gets choppy time to time and the languages switch out of nowhere, they can be speaking English and then all of a sudden speak Italian or something.

Overall great game, I played through the first chapter and instantly bought the rest cause it seemed like a very solid game. But that's where the crashes start occurring, I feel like this game came out way too early and they wanted to cash in on it as quickly as possible, so they made the first chapter bug free to get people to purchase the game.

Would be five star game if not for the random crashes. Playing on my iPhoneX, so they don't really have an excuse to say it's hardware fault.
