1.6.0 stuck in loading cant open

After updated to 1.6.0 stuck in loading can not enter the game. Both iphone and ipad have same stuck. Please fix it ASAP

What’s wrong with the real name registration

All of a sudden this game requires a real name & ID number registration… which is a bit over and if chose to login as guest, with over 1 hour’s playing time, you will be suspended from playing until you completed the registration. I don’t understand why a amusement game would require ID number n real name registration, makes me worried what would my personal info being used at. This doesn’t make sense.

Updates on 16 July:
Tried to go into the game’s Help & Support to seek for further help as per Developer’s advice, now I couldn’t even touch any button after entering the game unless I m registered with my real name & ID number…. this is simply forcing….
I love this game a lot and been playing for a few years to 5xxx levels. It’s a pity that I’ll just hv to leave it if this nonsense setting cannot be removed.
