To practice and benefit from meditation you don’t need to consume loads of mindfulness content. On the contrary, you need less of it and more of actual meditation. Just sit with your back straight, focus on breathing, observe your mind and keep track of your progress – consistently.

Kantan will assist you in just that. Created by a long-time meditation practitioner for other meditators, it’s a refined meditation tracker designed with a “less is more” approach. This is not yet another mindfulness marketplace, but a tool to support your practice in a gentle and steady way:

• Works offline and in the background
