-All active users on a team can see every "Team" event, even if they are not added as an attendee
-Added a scoring limit indicator when a player has reached pre-defined limits (red with strike-thru) and when they have 1 score left before limit (orange)
-Creating new Team events automatically selects every "other" attendee, in addition to every player and coach
