The app can be used in a number of ways and helps us to deal with your concerns quickly and easily.
You can use it to:
· Create your own personal account, so all your queries and responses will be in one place
· Report fly tipping or dog fouling on your mobile when you are out and about in Newport and upload photos
· Check recycling and refuse services so you know when your bins and bags will be collected
