Plank workout app provides a core strength exercise for the whole body to do at home. These plank exercises help to lose weight and strengthen your deep inner core. This app includes challenging and effective exercises and methods to tone your core and back.

30 days of plank exercises and multiple variations like static and dynamic, greatly help to lose weight, build a stronger core and flat abs. Spend a few minutes a day to burn calories, improve your fitness and posture.

Plank app includes basic and advanced levels. A beginner can start with the basic plank. Practice each workout holding 30 seconds, gradually add more seconds to get the best results. Move on to advance variations which will add additional challenges to tone abs, back, and shoulder.

- Subscribe to get unlimited access to all features.
- Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment will be charged to the iTunes account.
- Until you turn off the auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period it will be automatically renewed.
- If you decide to turn off auto-renewal, you can turn it off maybe by going to the account settings after purchase.
-As per the policy, cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be returned for any unused portion of the subscription period.
-The renewal amount will be charged from the account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
