描述
Stress & Wellness Assessment based on Heart Rate Variability analysis during one simple protocol combined laying-to-standing and Normal Breathing vs Deep Breathing tests. As result we can assess overall physiological status which is almost Level of Physical Fitness. Also we can see current Stress and Wellness levels. For some cases there is additional possibility to see over adrenals activation during stand-up and sometimes individual psycho-emotional markers.
