REPETITION IS KEY when creating new habits and The Habit Trainer will help you remember to take action on those positive habits by sending you  notifications using our unique interval training system. On your smart watch, you will receive a silent vibration and visual notification that tells you it’s time to  take action using intervals you set. You can set intervals from every 1 min up to every 18 hours and they will repeat every day once settings are confirmed.
Do you want to have Better Posture? Drink More Water? Uplifting Affirmations? Practice Gratitude? Need To Stretch? Refocus?

Anything you want, you can achieve with help from The Habit Trainer (THT) by simply setting your habit word, interval time and time frame. You will receive  silent vibrating and visual notifications on your smart watch when it’s time to train that particular habit every day throughout your day so you keep the  repetition for success!
