The Trauma App 17+

This release includes three main features as well as a few minor fixes.
Features:
- Add extra data points to the bloods form
- Route (IV, IO)
- Devices (Warmed, Rapid Infuser)
- Prescriber
- Time Prescribed
- Administered By
- Bloods now display on user activity feed
- Update blood cubes to display start time as well as elapsed time
- Update drugs list title for items without a start or admin time to ‘Uncertain Administration’
- Add bloods without a start time to the Uncertain Administration sign off popup
- Add a warning to all drugs and bloods without start or admin times noting that administration is uncertain
- Add Primary Survey Notes
- + Add Note button on every primary survey screen
- Primary survey notes display on the primary survey page of the report
- Add Time Trauma Team Activated
- On preparation screen if ‘Trauma Team Activation’ is selected a Time input appears for adjusting the time.
- Time Trauma Team Activated displays on the report overview page
Fixes:
- Add a larger box for Final Notes in a popup
- Fix issues with Mechanism Details text input box
- Security patches and updates
