Payments won’t go through
I Made a couple of online purchases with bamis visa card and everything was going well. Until I recently made a deposit at one of their offices. I got a notification of the deposit on my phone, but the amount didn’t show up in my balance. I called them and they said that the balance was there, and that it just was not showing up in the app (for some reason.) Tried to make some purchases online regardless, but none of my payments would go through, even with the balance that I already had before making the deposit…. And customer service was not helpful…Bad experience overall.
