Set a cardio goal, monitor your fatigue level, track workout intensity. Keep It Movin' will help you reach your cardio goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Requires heart rate monitoring. Ideal with apple watch.

Features:
- Respects your privacy. No accounts, no logins, works with only the data on your phone.
- Fatigue dial: Measures your current fatigue level. This helps you understand when you are ready for a workout or when you need to rest.
- Weekly goal: Set a weekly goal. Your
- Relative intensity measures daily cardio intensity and workout intensity compared to your baseline fitness level.
- Measures light, moderate, and hard cardio.
- Provides light coaching suggestions such as: Take a rest, more hard cardio, more light cardio, etc.
- Workout tracking is optional. Works with all workout tracking apps.

Keep it Movin' integrates with Apple HealthKit to read heart rate and workout data.
