Description

The Maintenance Urban Sharing Tool (MUST) App is a participatory service for maintenance and management of the built heritage. The aim is to support on the one side the users in identifying faults and anomalies in their neighborhood/building, on the other side the area manager to have a constantly updated database of faults processes. Moreover, the alert received by MUST helps the operator to improve the scheduling of inspections and interventions, avoiding the waste of resources.
Users can report failures and performance anomalies detected on building facades, different urban systems, and urban furniture elements. In this way they are able to reach, in real time, the maintenance service manager and interact with technicians.
Use of MUST enables the area manager to monitor the evolution of failure processes, and thus control the state of conservation of the asset. Moreover, he can efficiently and promptly reschedule inspections and interventions, and in this way meet the needs expressed by users.
MUST is a project co-funded by POR FESR 2014-2021 Regione Campania, Priority Axis 1 "Research and Innovation" funds.
