Pretty good

The app itself gets 5 stars. The only thing I miss would be the ability to save favorite locations (currently only home and workplace can be saved). The service I'd give 4 stars mostly because of being unable to book in advance. I understand that this doesn't fit the concept of the service but it can occasionally be frustrating. Check 1 hour before you need to depart and a car would be available in 1 minute. Check when you actually need to depart and a car would be available in 15 minutes.

Driver kidnapping in malta

I had a trouble 1 week ago and still I don’t have any details about the driver from bolt, I took a taxi and he lock the doors and window and took me for 2 hours in his car trying to give to him more money than I had to pay. I’ve reported him but the company didn’t send me any details of him to make a report in the police because they told me come with number of the car and name of the driver he was Indian that’s all I can remember for his accent. But the company 1 week pass and any sort about this and he took my wallet brand prada and inside I had 60€ cash and some jewellery one bracelet 18k and one ring 18k gold. He wanted more pu to pay that’s why he took me for a ride around the island then tried to come behind the seats where I was, when I listen to door unlocked I just open and run I left the meal I had with me it’s doesn’t matter what I left but I just wanted to explain what I lose I was too scared he tried to do another things I saw his intentions. I hope with this review they can contact me and give me the details of this driver.

Malta bolt

"I've been a loyal user of Bolt for quite some time, but recent experiences have left me disappointed. On multiple occasions, I've been quoted higher fares than what was initially booked. Despite being asked to pay more upon reaching my destination, I stood firm and only paid the amount I had originally booked. However, what's more concerning is the lack of transparency and communication from Bolt's end. After questioning the fare discrepancy during one of my trips, I found myself unexpectedly blocked from using the app without any prior notice or opportunity to address the issue. This lack of transparency and communication is concerning and does not align with the standards of customer service I expect from a reputable company. I hope Bolt can address these issues and improve their service for all users."
