Charge My Ride provides you with a one-touch system to charge your electric vehicle by accessing public charging infrastructure around Malta and Gozo.
Whether you’re at home, at work or running errands, this app will be able to locate the closest charging pillar to your location for easy Plug ‘n’ Go.
Just download the app, create an account, scan the code on the charging pillar and leave your electric vehicle to charge whilst you continue with your day.

After a successful charge, the app will automatically deduct the payment from your registered bank details, for a quick, efficient payment method.

Needs a lot of work
Great initiative, but needs a lot of work.
The app is slow and buggy. It’s also not letting me enter payment details, which renders the app and the physical chargers useless.
Also, quick side note, the accessibility of the app is disastrous. Light and thin fonts on light backgrounds. Not great for ease-of-use.
The app finally works
Before the update the app was unusable. But since the recent updates I haven’t had any problems and successfully charged my car!
Kind of works but bad UI
Overall I can charge my car, but the UI needs a huge update. Not user friendly at all, it can be made to be so much better.
There are also the occasional issues with the app or with connecting to charge.
