Disappointed
I bought a ticket to an adventure park through the app. When I got to the adventure park, the lady at the ticket counter told me that I need another ticket to enter the park because the ticket I had was only for an activity which was a smaller part of the park. I ended up not entering because the ticket to enter the main entrance of the park was more than I was willing to pay. The way this works was NOT stated anywhere when I was buying the adventure park attraction ticket through the app. If so, I wouldn’t have nought the ticket in the first place. Disappointed with the false advertisement and a service I wasn’t able to get.

thank you for your comments. With the information you provide we are unable to locate your reservation. However, on our website we always provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the experience. In this case, if you needed an external voucher, it was probably attached to the booking confirmation email or we sent it to you in a new email. In any case, we are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the experience.
