We’ve introduced a system that identifies and categorizes different types of invalid session scenarios. Whether it’s due to connection issues, power delivery failure, or communication errors between the charger and the vehicle, the app can now detect and handle these errors more effectively.
- Tailored User Messaging
For each invalid session category, users will be presented with clear, helpful error messages. These messages include preventive guidance and tips to resolve the issue, making it easier for drivers to troubleshoot and continue their charging journey without frustration.
- Preventive Measures and Guidance
When a session fails, users will be provided with specific suggestions, such as checking their plug connection or moving to another charger if the issue persists. These notifications appear directly within the app, helping prevent recurring errors.
- Contextual Help for Failed Sessions
If a session fails, the app will guide the user back to the payment method view and offer a “Read Tips” option. This directs them to a help screen tailored to the specific error, providing troubleshooting options and helping ensure a smooth experience.
