Extremely Convenient
Thank you for designing this app. Having information regarding my plans and my balance everywhere I go is extremely useful and convenient. With just one click of a button you can top up (saves me time from having to go there personally to purchase a top-up card).
Almost Perfect
Switching from Mobile Data to Wi-Fi and vice-versa locks the app into a “No Internet connection available” error screen. The only workaround is to force close and reopen the app.
It would also be nice to expose the option to download your bills from the MyGO web page into the app as well.
Otherwise the app is sleek, smooth and well designed.

Hi Samara, thank you for your feedback! Once the internet connection is available, the app should reload immediately. Else, you have the option to reload the page. You also have the option to download your bill PDF via the app once you click on "View bill". If this is not happening for you, please reach out to us on WhatsApp (+356 7970 7970) so that we can look into it.
