Thank you for designing this app. Having information regarding my plans and my balance everywhere I go is extremely useful and convenient. With just one click of a button you can top up (saves me time from having to go there personally to purchase a top-up card).
Well, that’s unexpected!
Stable 1.0 version, amazing UX with iOS12’esque design! Would love to see more functionality regarding Home Fixed Internet management though! (and don’t forget updating GO TV app in the meantime)
Bad user experience
1. The app is logging me out every time, regardless if the “keep me logged” in is checked or not.
2. Suddenly my saved card disappeared, so I have to type my card details again.
3. I tried to top up my balance and instead a success message i received an error. Since I have turned off all my notifications I have not seen the message about successful top up, so tried it 3 times. Ended up topping up my account 3 times and the app has shown an error. After contacting customer support they refused to pay it back.
