Needs a few tweaks
This app is much better on iPhone than on Mac. On iPhone scan is automatic (if you load feeder it uses feeder automatically) on Mac no. On Mac the app takes ages to load, on iPhone no. Minor tweaks, but gets annoying when doing a number of scans.
Going Backwards instead of Forward
I've been a happy owner of an HP 5520 all-in-one printer/scanner/copier for about 15 years. No problem using with wifi or cable until only recently and one major ink leak maybe due to age.
But getting an 'all-in-1' HP2800e is such a disappointment! How is it that HP does NOT support a 2-sided print on this model, a feature I used all the time before! The 'smart' app has never finished 'finishing up' installing (on Macbook) so I'm still effectively without a scanner. So much for an all-in-1. Very disappointed!

The setup is a bit complicated and not straight forward, especially when it comes to network compatibilities
