Mobile app
I am a front facing staff member of the Bank and I enjoy helping our customers in downloading the Hsbc Mobile App. I find it very useful for myself, so I manage to convince some of our customers as to how useful this app is.
They leave our branch very satisfied that they got our Mobile App.
Glitch
The App is user friendly however my only complaint is the glitch when confirming a payment. It’s very annoying being faced with a blank screen and having to start the process from scratch.
Little tweaks that can make it more efficient
Wish I can set up transfers easily and not have to rely on the website. Mobile to mobile payments is also very efficient. Would avoid having to use other apps. Being able to see and send messages; even if limited; would help
