I love how they check in for me automatically. It’s so convenient and I don’t have to worry about if I did my check in process or not anymore. The response from customer service was quick and I didn’t pay extra fee from my ticket to get this service. Nowadays I only open Kiwi to book my flights.

Unbelievably bad service / Unable to even book the tickets correctly
Ryanair ticket was booked but checking in was impossible. The booking was not traceable in the Ryanair website and the customer support was not able to checkin neither for the Ryanair flight nor the connecting flight. I paid 55€ extra to checkin with Ryanair at the airport and had to figure out how to find the other booking from the second airline. Eventually I managed to find the booking HOWEVER even that was a failure as the number of the seat was wrong and I was in fear of losing the connecting flight.
Kiwi is an app with a single purpose : to book the cheapest flights for you but fails to deliver even in that. I don't even know how this app is still on the store if it can't even do the one thing it is supposed to be doing.
Book the flights by yourselves!!! Save MONEY and ALOT of trouble!! AVOID THIS APP

Dear Giorbakis, thank you for leaving your review regarding your experience with Kiwi.com. We are sorry about the negative experience. Whenever it is possible we will do the online check-in for you, but in order to do that we need you to send us the ID document numbers beforehand, usually 48 hours previously to the flight. We always sent different emails and SMS reminding our passengers to do it. Failure to do so may result in charges at the airport by the airline. However, there may be a few cases where, even if we have received the required information beforehand our systems fail to do the check-in, in those cases we will provide you with a refund of any fees paid at the airport. Please let us have a look at your case by sharing with us your booking number, full name, username, and email address on appreviews@kiwi.com together with this review as we need these details to be able to address this issue.
