This is the official app from Oslo City Bike.
You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.

Worst bike rental service ever!
Two days in a row I’ve paid for a day pass and two days in a row I’ve been stuck with malfunctioned lock at one of the stations which made impossible to ride the bike through most of the day. Customer support is unresponsive. Won’t recommend this service to anyone, only in case you don’t know where to spent 50NOK.
