so i urge all those using this service to beware before making an international money transfer to a bank, since the service is a total mess. after two weeks i still cannot transfer a sum of money to my partner in Russia. This due to missing information sent to the relative bank from revolut. the bank had to resend me back the money after the due time elapsed according to their procedures. So i had to do the transfer again and here we go again after a week of hiccups messages with the help center which is helpless,the transfer couldn’t go ahead again from the bank due to missing info sent from revolut during the transaction. The service is a mess and i do not recommend anyone to use it, in fact i am literally removing this amateur and unreliable system as soon as i manage to get back all my money from my account.

Been waiting a month to receive a transfer of £100 as a 30th birthday gift from my family whom have nothing and are struggling through this pandemic like most people. Never had an issue with Revolut before this. Chat takes about an hour before someone responds and when they do they tell me ‘the relevant department is still looking into your matter’. I pay premium rates and honestly at this point I’m not sure I feel safe using them if they can’t even track my money from a month ago. What exactly am I paying for then? I wonder if they are making some interest on that amount. Not much sure but I could have been making that interest putting those funds in another account with a different bank. If I ever receive the money I’ll be moving it elsewhere. Very disappointed and while customer support tries hard they mostly ignore my questions and keep repeating the same thing over and over or they just refuse to tell me and are evasive about operating hours and time zones which is pretty suspicious. Honestly I just want the matter resolved at this point, I’m so tired of it.

I’ve been using Revolut for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the service. The app is user-friendly, fast, and very convenient for managing money on the go. I especially appreciate the clear breakdown of spending, instant notifications, and the ability to exchange currencies at great rates without hidden fees.Transfers are quick and reliable, both locally and internationally, which makes life so much easier. The security features also give me peace of mind, and I love how everything is easily accessible within the app.Overall, Revolut has made day-to-day banking and managing finances a lot simpler and more transparent. Highly recommended!

I had read so much about people praising this app, but to be honest I was quite skeptical. My husband and I decided to give it a try, and from day one we were blown away! It’s so user friendly, high security and most important of all - fast! The second before the ATM dispenses my cash, Revolut sends me a mobile notification letting me know what amount I withdrew and the total amount spent today. We are just waiting for Revolut to offer mortgages, then we will leave our banks 100% to Revolut. Most people in my company have already sorted out so their salary gets paid directly in to Revolut, everyone is talking about this app as there has never been anything like it. It’s revolutionary!
