What’s New

Version 2407.2

FIXED
- Previously, when you created a new asset, the deactivated asset types were shown and could be applied. To prevent confusion, deactivated asset types will be omitted from view during asset creation.
- Upon viewing work orders, you sometimes saw the following error message: Parsing url failed. Please try again. The issue occurred if you tried to see the work order in the app by clicking the link in the New Work Order or New Work Order Note email notification. A tricky bug was finally squished, and this now works fine.
- When you created work orders, the provider rank overrides configured in your dashboard issue list were ignored, and work orders kept on being dispatched to the wrong providers. Today, you no longer have to worry about this issue.
