Many bugs and no support
The app is buggy as hell, half the functionalities don’t work which now unfortunately also means quite a lot of my money is trapped in there. Tried to contact support over a dozen times. There has been no reply to emails for over 3 months now, doubt they have anyone looking at the inbox. In-app they only got a completely useless chat bot but no humans. Very expensive mistake for me, would advise against the provider..

No Answers
When setting up an account I deposited €100, my account was then blocked for verification and when trying to contact Wirex Support as prompted for more than a month (numerous times), I had no response. Now I withdrawer my money and still have no answers as to why I’m not being verified and my account being blocked. Very poor service from Wirex.
