Everyone knows that yoga can improve the mind and body. Practicing yoga exercises not only helps you get fit and flexible, it also helps you reduce stress, increase concentration, and improve your posture.
With 4 different levels:
- Up to 45 minutes
- Up to 30 minutes
- Up to 15 minutes
- Free (all sessions not exceeding 10’)
And a dedicated instructor, you can find the one that suits you.
We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, taking care & our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during this practice.
