Honest Review

All my Zaful purchases were received and the outfits turned out really cute. I only had a delivery issue once but the support team were very helpful and everything was sorted out. The material of the clothes is fantastic and the bikinis are amazing and true to size.

Horrible Customer Service Experience

I made an order 6 months ago and it has not arrived tried contacting customer care 3 months ago and all they told me to do was confirm my details and check my local post office which I did but they did not have any information on my package, tried contacting customer service again today only to have the samw things said to me. SIX MONTHS I have been waiting for my package, I asked for a refund but they keep telling me to contact the post office and check my details!!!! Horrible service regarding shipping and even more horrible service regarding customer care!
