My always number one!
Zara has been my favorite choice out of all outlets for every day dressing garments for the entire family and house necessities! Apart from always new and trendy styles (huge regards to the designer’s league) I love the philosophy of the company behind regarding taking care of the ‘green’ industrial manufacturing and planet preservation! Well done! Keep that way!
Navigation is not that easy
The app is very functional and easy to buy from but the navigation and viewing of clothes is not easy. The angles of the photos are very editorial but are not easy to view the style.
Top for User Friendliness & Personalised Customer Support
The Zara app is very user friendly. The layout makes it more attractive to use than the website and the chat support is very efficient during operating hours.
I would have given it 5 stars had the email alert on a size for a pair of shoes worked. The in-app experience could be better with integrated tracking. All-in-all it’s a great app to use.
