This exercise takes advantage of the idea of time overlap so that you don't have to spend extra time working out.
We have specially designed abs workouts that can be done at the same time as other things because only the abs need to be exercised. E.g:
People who need to take public transport to and from get off work, stand or sit in a car, or even walk when changing cars.
People who sit at work in an office can do this exercise while at work.
People who like to run can also do this exercise while running.
Our workouts are based on yoga, but leave out all body parts. Each contraction and relaxation of the abdominal muscles is called a rhythm. We have designed a series of rhythms to ensure that it does not affect health and achieves the effect of exercise. There is a total of 42 days of exercise cycle, every 7 days is a small cycle, and the rhythm of each small cycle is different. For your health, if you interrupt your workout, start over from day one.
According to our tests, someone with a waist circumference of 8x cm can lose 3-6 cm in about 2-3 weeks. People who weigh about 60 kg can lose 1%-2.5% in about 1 month.
Our app will help you record your exercise status and waist circumference, and help you measure your waist health with reference to the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations for a healthy waist.
