Variety of items at an affordable price and secured transaction
Not that great
It’s not really user friendly, as when I’m trying to make a purchase n if I change my mind over items where there’s only one option commit to buy, if I haven’t yet paid or I want to cancel it there’s no option and hence it goes as an unpaid item. It’s really discouraging as I’m a happy buyer and always pay for the items I want. Why some items has commit to buy options n most don’t where it’s easy if there’s not enough funds for whatever reasons. Should sort this out. I contacted a buyer where I was told eBay does that n unfortunately it’s not up to them to change anything. Sort it out and I shall give u 5 stars
Disappointing to buy on eBay
Recently I have made a lot of purchases and I waited more than two months and still didn’t receive anything. When on other sites, I received all my purchases within two weeks. I made the sellers refund my money. Some did while others claimed they sent the items which they never reached me. I am writing this after 5 months of attempting to make purchases. Don’t feel like buying on eBay anymore after such disappointing experience.
